Our Story

etterLife.pk started with a simple frustration: getting a genuine Philips Lumea in Pakistan meant either paying inflated prices from unverified sellers, or ordering from abroad and hoping customs and the warranty worked out. We built this store to close that gap, sourcing directly through authorised channels, so every device that reaches you is exactly what it says on the box.

We’re not trying to be a general electronics store. We carry the Lumea range properly, every model, every attachment, every difference between them, and we’d rather help you pick the right one than sell you whichever unit happens to be in stock.

What we do for you?

Every device is sourced through authorised channels and arrives sealed in original Philips packaging. No grey market units, no reboxed returns — if you’re paying for genuine Philips, that’s what you get.

Questions about which model fits your needs, how to use an attachment, or a warranty issue go straight to a person on WhatsApp — not a support form that takes three days to answer.

 

2-year warranty on every unit, a 7-day return window if something’s not right, and clear answers in our FAQ before you even have to ask.

 

We stock five Lumea models and know the difference between them cold, down to which attachment ships with which unit. If you’re not sure what you need, that’s genuinely what we’re here for.
